The Events Team at Black Swan will attend to every detail of these special occasions to make them unique to your exciting new journey!


Whether your company requires a full day of meetings, with a break for golf!, or a milestone celebration, product launch, or holiday party Black Swan can host it all. With gorgeous grounds, ample meeting space and catering for all of your requirements, it makes good business sense to host your corporate event with us. When organizing the details of your event, we work hard to make you not have to!


Black Swan Country Club is perfectly designed to host a variety of school events such as Proms and Team Banquets. Our space accommodates large crowds – with plenty of room to celebrate and dance away the night. Additionally, our Events Team will design custom Fun Tastes Menus (think Mac + Cheese Bar, Make Your Own Sundae, Pop Corn Carts…) to keep the occasion fun filled for all!


Bereavements, Celebrations of Life and Collations are life events that require gathering of friends and family. The Event Spaces at Black Swan easily accommodate both intimate and large occasions. Our Event Team will ensure that all details are attended to so that the event runs seamlessly and memorably.

The spacious and lovely Event Ballrooms at Black Swan Country Club are the perfect locales to host successful and extraordinary Fundraisers or Galas. Each magnificent Ballroom may be transformed to your vision and goals. Events can include live and silent auctions, cocktails, sit down, buffet or station dinners – perhaps with dancing as well! Bring your imagination and we will execute exquisitely.
